Are there limitations on where I can install Safespace?
No, We can use it indoor as well as outdoor. Safespace’s sensors are designed to be installed above indoor doorways, with a maximum install height of 10 feet (3 meters) and a maximum width of 7 feet 6 inches (2.3 meters). Please see our Installation Guide for full guidelines and requirements before purchasing.
What’s your return/RMA process?
If your device is malfunctioning, contact Safespace Support. If we’re unable to get the issue resolved, we’ll initiate a return and drop ship you a replacement device.
Is Safespace’s security tailgating solution included in Standard?
Depending on your access control and how you want Safespace’s devices integrated into your physical security system, our tailgating detection solution may include additional costs. Speak with Safespace Sales to get a quote for your project.
Does your pricing include shipping or installation?
No, our pricing does not include installation costs, shipping or applicable taxes.
How do I install my device(s)?
If you have an IT or facilities management (FM) team, they can likely do the install. For multi-device deployments, our customers typically work with a trusted low-voltage installation partner. If you don’t have a preferred partner, we can recommend one from our trusted network.
Where does Safespace manufacture its sensors?
Safespace manufactures its sensors in India. Your devices will be shipped from our distribution facility in Gurgaon.
What is the best way to get SafeSpace solution?
